Move images from Import folder to IMatch destination.(I do need to explore using Metadata Templates to streamline adding/editing metadata.) After that, I review the images in the Viewer, assigning XMP Ratings using the number keys and arrow keys to identify raw files for DxO processing. I used to use Geosetter for adding location data, but I think IMatch can handle all that now. For some images, I use an attached GPS unit but for others I don't want that much geographic specificity. I use a custom metadata template based on the Default template that ships with IMatch. In IMatch, I add appropriate metadata to the images, first metadata common to all the images, then image-specific items (e.g., Description). If I were a professional with higher volume, I'd probably be using a downloader program.
